The Start

I have made this blog so other people who have struggled with their weight now that they are not alone.  Also so that people can see my progress and might want to follow my diet and exercise plan. Well for some back ground info i am 15 years old and weigh 242 pounds.  And every week i will be updating my weight so you can see my progress and i will also tell you what i have eaten and how hard it has been and my exercise… if you have any questions just ask!
